Cherokee County authorities have arrested a 73 year old man on multiple counts of sexual abuse.
According to the official sheriff’s office website, Mack Allen Davis, listed as being from Athens, Alabama, was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 5:00pm Wednesday, charged with Attempted Sodomy 2nd Degree and with seven counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree
No additional information regarding the arrest has been available.
Davis remains behind bars with bond having been set at $57,000.
