A 21 year old DeKalb County man is now asking to be granted Youthful Offender status, in a case where he stands accused of killing another man last October (2014).
Ben Christopher McClure allegedly used an assault rifle to fatally injure 36 year old Michael Arnold Johnson at his County Road 578 home in Fyffe.
If approved, that Youthful Offender status for McClure could mean he would spend no more than three years in prison – a hearing has been set for March 2nd.
