Thursday was International Credit Union Day with this year’s theme being: “people helping people” and with that thought in mind Bryan Dorsett and Pam Boozer made a surprise stop at the Centre Grub Mart early that morning – where they certainly their part, in spreading a great amount of good cheer:
Bryan, who is with the Centre office of the Alabama Teachers Credit Union explained that it was a great way to make someone’s day a little brighter, and to take an active role in urging others to take part in helping others through random acts of kindness.
Pam Boozer, with the Gadsden branch of Teachers Credit Union, expressed her gratitude to all those she met that morning with not only those receiving free gasoline but everyone she came in contact with being incredibly nice. She and Dorsett both wished to thank everyone at the Grub Mart for their part in making the event a great success.
