Albertville Man Arrested For Burglary

An Albertville man has been arrested in connection with a recent burglary.

According to Etowah County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Ben Greene, 45-year old David Marvin Frachiseur is charged with one count of first degree theft of property, one count of second degree theft of property and one count of third degree burglary, all are felonies.

Frachiseur allegedly broke into a residence located on Igou-Robinson Road, in Boaz, on Saturday, November 16th.

The property owner was not home at the time of the break-in.

A vigilant neighbor witnessed Frachiseur walk out of a wooded area to the front door of the residence.

The neighbor discovered the front door kicked in and Frachiseur hiding inside a closet.

Frachiseur was held at the property by the witness until authorities arrived.

He is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center.

Bond is set at $10,000.
