American Bass Anglers Make A Stop On Weiss Lake

Alabama North anglers of the ABA Weekend Bass Series made their fourth stop of the year at Lake Weiss on Saturday – at Little River Marina and Lodge in Cedar Bluff. The event was hosted by the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce.

Cedar Bluff Angler Lee Pitts took home the top prize – with a total of 5 fish weighing in a over 20lbs – Pitts also hooked the First Place Big Fish as well weighing in at 6.72lbs

Anglers who finish the season in the top 40 points rankings will have opportunity to advance to the WBS Regional Championship to compete for two new Triton Boats at Lake Chickamauga in Dayton, TN on September 26 and 27.

Anglers can advance from the WBS Regional Championship to the Ray Scott Championship on Lake Wheeler in Decatur November 12, 15, 2014 to compete for a $100,000 first place boater prize and a $50,000 first place co-angler prize.
