Another name has been added to the list of registered sex offenders currently residing here in Cherokee County.
According to information contained in a news release from Sheriff Jeff Shaver – 48 year old Rodney Wayne Franklin is living at 80 County Road 585 in Cedar Bluff.
Franklin is a white male, standing five-nine (5’9″) and weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Franklin is required to register as a sex offender due to a charge of Rape 1st Degree.
