An investigation into an incident occurring in the 400 block of Herzberg Circle in Gadsden last week remains under investigation.

Gadsden Police were called to a residence at around 5:30am, and upon arrival they found a number of robbery victims all saying that three men had just fled the scene in a black Chevy Silverado pickup.

Three men were placed under arrest after officers pulled the vehicle over a short time later on George Wallace Drive.

Witnesses said the three men kicked in the door to the home, and began fighting with those inside – with several people receiving non-life threatening injuries during the brawl.

Those arrested included 26 year old Brian Francisco and 18 year old Felipe Santiago Mateo –Thomas; the name of the third individual taken into custody has not been released.

Francisco was charged with Robbery, Public Intoxication, Assault, DUI, Disorderly Conduct, and Domestic Violence, while Mateo-Thomas was charged with Robbery 1st Degree.
