The Bain Hammett Shoe Drive continues this Saturday (June 11th).
Bain’s family members and friends will be at the old K-Mart location in Centre, conducting a “Shoe Drive”, and the public is encouraged to donate any shoes that aren’t broken (and they MUST be in pairs) to help the cause.
All sizes are welcome and they can also take steel toe boots from the employees at KTH.
These shoes will be turned in to agencies who specialize in the collection of such items with all proceeds going toward the purchase of a handicap-accessible van.
Saturday’s drive will be going on from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
