After consultation with the victim’s family, the Plea Agreement was accepted and Judge Jeremy Taylor heard that Plea and sentenced McClure to 23 years in the State Penitentiary.

Family members of both this victim and suspect were on hand to hear the guilty plea and sentence.

The DTF agents and SRT members who worked all night and successfully talked McClure out of his house are to be commended.  This was a vicious murder and we are glad to have this suspect headed to prison for a very long time.”
