Body of Northeast Alabama Woman Found in Arkansas

The investigation continues into the death of a 23 year old Alabama native whose body was found in Arkansas on August 20th.

The body of Laramie Cline was discovered north of Jacksonville, Arkansas that Sunday with a positive ID being made the following Tuesday.  Reportedly the cause and manner of death have yet to be determined, and no additional information is being released by authorities at this time.

In an interview with media outlet al.com Laramie Cline’s mother, Kimberly Cline stated that her daughter had been on a trip to Colorado, and the two had been in touch up to the 17th – the Thursday prior to discovery of an unidentified body which later turned out to be that of her daughter. The family filed a Missing Persons report that Sunday – the same day the body was found.  Cline’s car was found west of Little Rock near Pinnacle Mountain State Park.

According to the al.com report, Laramie Cline had at one time resided in the Piedmont area.
