Bond was denied Thursday for former Cave Spring Police Officer Patrick Earwood.
The 31 year old officer was arrested last month and charged with sexually assaulting two teenage girls, one under the age of 16.
Earwood faces charges of aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation and sexual battery.
According to Sergeant Teri Davis of the Floyd County Police Department, additional charges are pending.
