A truck crash has taken place on Alabama 35 at the Little River Canyon Park in DeKalb County. ALDOT forces along with local law enforcement will be closing the highway to northbound traffic at the Alabama 35 and Alabama 273 intersection in Cherokee County.
Northbound motorists are advised to take Alabama 273 southbound to Alabama 68 and then proceed to Alabama 11 North or I-59 North in Collinsville.
Alabama 35 southbound will remain open. Major delays are expected and it is not known at this time when Alabama 35 northbound will reopen.
