Car Fire Reported on Highway 114 in Chattooga County Tuesday Afternoon

Highway 114 was closed for a period of time on Tuesday evening while emergency workers attended a vehicle fire in Chattoogaville, Georgia.

It was originally thought that a vehicle had left the roadway and caught fire after crashing – however, according to Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader, early reports indicated that the car was actually left along the roadside and there was no accident involved.
