Cedar Bluff Residents Left Without Cable Service

It appears the cable company serving Cedar Bluff has pulled out without notice – leaving their customers without service.

According to Cedar Bluff Council Member DeWayne Agan, Ridge Networks closed their local office on Highway 9 without forewarning their customers, or Cedar Bluff Town Officials – approximately two months ago – leaving customers without a place to pay – or file complaints.

Cedar Bluff officials have attempted time and time again to contact the company, however not a single call has been returned. Mayor Tammy Crane and the Town Council Members have been in contact with other cable providers in an attempt to restore service to the residents of the town.

Talks with other providers are scheduled to begin sometime next week.
