The Centre City Council has approved a request from AT&T to place 6 more cell towers on the water tank, located on Industrial Park Drive.
Attorney Andy Rotenstreich with Baker Donalson spoke on behalf of AT&T.
Rotenstreich explained aesthetics of the additional towers.
The lease between Core Wireless is actually with the Centre Water Authority and it will be renegotiated.
At the present time, the mobile carrier pays around 839-dollars a month in rent for the four towers.
