On Tuesday Centre Police Officers Corporal. Brent Grimes, Investigator. Randy Mayorga, Officer Robert Winters and Officer Matt Peek visited Shepard’s Fold Daycare at the ROC.
Officers said that they enjoyed answering questions, passing out junior badges, and having the kids play with the lights and sirens in their patrol vehicles.
Chief Kirk Blankenship wanted to extend his appreciation to Shepard’s Fold for the invitation. Chief Blankenship also stated that his officers always enjoy interactions with children, and he is pleased to be starting positive relationships between the officers and the public at such an early age.
