In the Cherokee County Arrest files for the previous 24 hours:

ANTONIA HACKETT, 46 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a CONDITIONAL RELEASE VIOLATION;

And

JESSICA STUMP, 42 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and was charged with ALIAS WRIT OF ARREST – and also, a CONDITIONAL RELEASE VIOLATION.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently – 92 inmates are being housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
