One person was reportedly complaining of minor injuries, following a two vehicle accident on West Main Street in Centre shortly before 12:00 noon on Thursday. 68 year old Sadie Vines of Leesburg, driving a 2010 Ford Focus was treated at the scene and was not taken to a hospital meanwhile 55 year old Deborah Wilson of Cedar Bluff, driving a 2008 Ford F150, was unhurt in the mishap.
There was also an accident occurring around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon near the Leesburg Bridge, involving a 2001 Buick Century, driven by Collinsville resident Stasha Diane Killian, and a Lincoln LS being driven by Angelica Barrientos of Cedartown, Georgia.
Both drivers in that accident were merely shaken up.
Both accidents remain under investigation by the Centre Police Department.
