The Cherokee County Board of Education held a brief Special Called meeting earlier this week with the only item on the agenda begin the approval of the Personnel Action Sheet.

Those items approved included; the resignation of Randy Dupree, Countywide Special Education Paraprofessional/Bus Aide.

Classified Placements; Timothy Ray Weaver ,Custodian at Gaylesville School (Pending Background Clearance) and Temporary Employee Contracts for Dava Swafford at Spring Garden and Centre Elementary School.

Current Job postings include; Secondary Title Tutor, Instructional Paraprofessional at Gaylesville School, Half-Time School Counselor at Cedar Bluff School and a system wide Special Education Paraprofessional with Bus Aide responsibilities.
