An accident involving a Cherokee County school bus and a passenger vehicle took place at about 7:30am Monday on Highway 9 at the intersection with Blackwell’s Crossroads.
Early indications are that no one the school bus was hurt, however, there was one minor injury in the car.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation; we’ll have more information as the Centre Police Department accident is made available.
