Cherokee County “So-Cool” Summer Program Kicks-off Monday, June 2nd

The 2014 So-Cool Summer Program in Cherokee County starts Monday June 2nd and continues through July 2nd, from 8:00 – 4:00 Monday – Friday.

The program will once again be held at the National Guard Armory in Centre and is FREE to all children between the ages of eight and twelve residing in Cherokee County.

A free breakfast, lunch and snack will be provided daily.

Children are also given the opportunity to participate in swimming, skating, sports, games, art, field trips and many other activities free of charge.

Students will be attending Vacation Bible School at Pine Grove Baptist Church from 8:00am – 12:00 noon the first week of camp.

The So-Cool Summer Program is funded by the Centre Rotary Club and is supported by the City of Centre and the Cherokee County Commission.
