Clowers Sentenced to Life in Prison in Connection with Night Club Shooting

Clowers 2Randy Clowers Jr. has been sentenced to life in prison in connection with the death of Justin Jamil Foster in April of last year (2014).

Clowers, age 23 was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole plus five years for killing Foster at the Chevy Club on Cave Spring Road; he received concurrent sentences on several other charges including aggravated assault and participating in gang activity.

Clowers, an admitted member of the Bloods gang, was reportedly aiming at another person who had punched a friend of his during a brawl at the nightclub. He missed, and instead hit Foster in the spine, fatally wounding the 26 year old.

Clowers was apprehended several weeks later at a residence in Augusta.
