All donations given will benefit the children of Cherokee County, and will be distributed through the Nettie King Brown Clearinghouse and other local charities.

You can drop off those donations between the hours of 9:00am and 4:45pm.

Also, Tony’s Pizza & Subs in Cedar Bluff will be hosting a “Christmas for Kids” event, Saturday (December 14th) from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

All proceeds will go to benefit needy children under the age of 14 in Cherokee County.

There is also a drop box there for the toy drive going on now through Christmas.

Santa Claus will be at Speedy’s at the Lake in Cedar Bluff this Saturday from 9:00 – noon; every child gets a toy and a goody bag (while supplies last) and pictures with Santa are FREE

And

Pictures with Santa Claus will be available for $5.00 each – with all proceeds going to benefit the community programs sponsored by Cherokee Medical Center volunteers.

The Cherokee County Crisis Center is currently giving away FREE toys (limit two toys per child in each household) and there will also be a bicycle giveaway on December 21st; you will need to sign-up for that giveaway.  The Crisis Center is also accepting donations of toys – call (256) 927-6647 for more information.
