Congressman Mike Rogers Discusses Visit from Chinese President and Retirement of Speaker of the House

Mike Rogers x3WEIS Radio News spoke with Congressman Mike Rogers Friday morning, regarding several issues of interest to the residents of Northeast Alabama, and the nation.

One subject was the visit of the Chinese president to the U.S. and what, if any policy changes may be on the horizon in China:

Speaker of the House John Boehner has announced his retirement, and we asked Congressman Rogers just how that may possibly affect the balance of power in Washington, in regard to the Republican Party:

The Congressman invites the citizens of Cherokee County to visit his mobile office at Centre City Hall, the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 – 11:00am.

Area residents may also visit his full time district offices in either Anniston or Opelika.
