Chattooga County law enforcement officials seized drugs and cash, during the recent raid at a residence just north of Lyerly.
Sheriff’s Office Drug Agents conducted the raid at a home on Hamp Brewer Circle just off of Highway 114, and they discovered approximately five ounces of crystal methamphetamine, along with other items used in connection with the use, and sale, of the drug.
Agents also seized some $3,000 in cash deemed to be proceeds from the sale of drugs.
Travis Joe Little, age 55 was taken into custody at the scene and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, the Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, and with Trafficking Methamphetamine.
The street value of the drugs seized during the operation was estimated to be $14,000.
