Etowah County Woman Accused Of Producing Child Pornography

An Altoona woman was arrested and charged with production of child pornography, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Sarah Ann Bozarth, 30, Altoona, is charged with one count of production of child pornography, which is a felony,” investigator Brandi Fuller said.

Bozarth was allegedly producing child pornography with minors at her residence on Shady Grove Road.

Investigators executed a search warrant at the residence where two computers, two cellular phones and a laptop were seized.

Bozarth is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $500,000 cash bond.  As a condition of the bond, she is prohibited from using the internet, any contact with the victims, no unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 18 and will be supervised by Etowah County Community Corrections.

Etowah County Department of Human Resources is involved with the case.

Special thanks to the James M. Barrie Center for Children for their help with the investigation.
