FCS Playoff Bracket Revealed

(Scott Clarke / ESPN Images)(NEW YORK) — The Football Championship Subdivision playoff bracket was released Sunday morning, and five-time defending champion North Dakota State once leads the 24-team tournament as the No. 1 seed, earning a first-round bye.

Second seeded Eastern Washington, third seeded Jacksonville State, fourth seeded James Madison, fifth seeded Sam Houston State, sixth seeded The Citadel, seventh seeded North Dakota and eighth seeded South Dakota State also earned byes in the first round.

The first round starts next weekend on Saturday, Nov, 26, leading up to the FCS Championship game in Frisco, TX on Jan. 7.
