A home on Old Highway 9 in Cedar Bluff was completely destroyed by fire just after 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon. Cedar Bluff Firefighters arrived on the scene within minutes to find heavy smoke and flames billowing from the structure.
Firefighters from the Centre and Gaylesville Fire Departments were dispatched to the scene to assist – Fire crews worked for several hours extinguishing the fire.
All the contents of the home belonging to Johnny and Christa Neyman were destroyed. According to Rev. Tim Kendrick a fund has been set up at Cedar Bluff First Methodist Church for their care and support.
