Firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a mobile home fire on County Road 761 shortly after 11:00 Tuesday morning.
According to the 9-1-1 dispatcher’s directions 761 turns into County Road 1008 which is the actual location of the structure.
Firefighters with the Gaylesville and Cedar Bluff Departments arrived on the scene to find a small camper full engulfed in flames. It appears that no one was at the camper at the time the fire started and no injuries were reported, however Floyd EMS Medics responded as a precautionary measure.
The exact cause of the fire is not known at this time.
The Centre Fire Department also responded to the scene to provide assistance.
