The 18 year old girl reported missing from the Armuchee area of Floyd County December 20th – is now back at home.

Barbara Megan Witt reportedly left her home at around 8:00 that night – getting into a white four -door sedan with an unknown person; it has now been revealed that she returned home Christmas Eve.

Reports failed to indicate where she had been or who she had been with.

After officers came to the home to check on her, the missing person report was canceled.

Family members have contacted WEIS Radio to say they’re happy to have Barbara back home – safe and sound.

Floyd County Investigators are seeking the assistance of the public in locating an Armuchee area teenager who was reported missing late last week.

18 year old Barbara Megan Witt, was last seen Friday, December 20th, leaving her residence and getting into a white four-door sedan with an unknown person at around 8:00pm.

At that time, Witt was wearing a blue and white striped shirt, dark blue jeans and black Converse shoes – she is a white female, standing five-feet-six (5’6”), weighing around 120 pounds.
