EarwoodFormer Cave Spring Police Officer Patrick Earwood, is now facing additional charges, following allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman after placing her under arrest.

According to warrants at the Floyd County Jail – Earwood stands accused of forcing a woman to engage in sexual acts with him, in exchange for her release; that incident allegedly took place in the  early part of May (2013).
