Theft of Property – Occurred at 2301 Briarwood Ave SW, a purse, LG Chocolate cell phone, ID cards, gold necklace, and a wallet were taken, valued at $200.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1214 Sanders Ave NE, vinyl siding on a house was damaged, valued at $1000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 303 10th Street NE, a social security card, Driver’s License and wallet were taken, valued at $20.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 151 5th Street NE, a garbage can was damaged, valued at $50.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 655 Godfrey Ave NE, a Frigidaire air conditioner was taken, valued at $99.00

John William Bullock, age 54 of Priceville, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 11:52 am.

Stansel James Gilbert, age 43 of Gadsden, was arrested a Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 3:13 pm.

Joshua Wade Hammonds, age 32 of Guntersville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 6:55 pm.

Incidents:

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 1115 Greenhill Blvd NW, the front and rear door on a 2010 Ford Fusion were damaged, valued at $500.00

5 Arrests:

Timothy Lee Todd, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 6:29 am.

Darian Michael Childress, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:28 pm.

A 17 year old juvenile female was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:28 pm.

Alex Scott Arredondo, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:44 pm.

Savannah Michael Pinegar, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband at 10:14 pm.
