Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Dr SW, four gold diamonds rings were taken, valued at $6000.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 7105 Gault Ave N, a pack of diapers and Season 3 SpongeBob were taken, valued at $85.00

3 Arrests:

Jessica Aletha Lee Kuykendall, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 12:54 am.

Timothy Lee Todd, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Hindering Prosecution at 12:54 am.

Mark Anthony Collins, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while Suspended at 8:48 pm.

5 Accidents with 1 Injury.

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Cedarwood Drive SW, Louise E Kilgore, age 83 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Plymouth voyager, struck Margret Bell Watwood, age 62 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Ford Explorer. A female passenger in the Explorer was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Incidents:

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1402 Wallace Ave NE, prescription medication was taken, valued at $20.00

Theft of Services – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE Apt L 151, $100.00 of electricity was used without authorization

Theft of Services – Occurred at 4001 Williams Ave NE Apt J 140, $100.00 of electricity was used without authorization

Forgery – Occurred at 230 Dekalb Plaza Blvd, a check in the amount of $35.20 was forged

3 Arrests:

Michael John Chambers, age 37 of Mentone, was arrested on a Warrant for No Insurance at 2:12 pm.

Harvey Williams Layne, age 56 of Palmer, Tn. was arrested for Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Attempting to Elude, Improper Lights, No Visible Tag and Criminal Mischief at 2:30 pm.

Jessica Aletha Kuykendall, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Escape at 2:48 pm.

Incidents:

Theft of Property – Occurred at 104 19th Street NW, a tube of Fixodent was taken, valued at $5.00

Identity Theft – Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave NE B-5, a loan of $300.00 was made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken were makeup, three tweezers, and Schick Hydro razors, valued at $75.00

Burglary – Occurred at 2007 Patricia Drive NE, taken were eight fishing rods, a Troy Built pressure washer, seven reels, Hummingbird down imaging transducer and side imaging transducer, and ten Nike kleets, valued at $2695.00

Lost Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a wallet with contents was lost, valued at $65.00

3 Arrests:

Lisa Lynn Lanier, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:18 pm.

Jeffery Steven Williams, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:18 pm.

Jennifer Dawn Butler, age 34 of Fyffe, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:23 pm.

Theft by Deception – Occurred at 4103 Gault Ave S, a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer, a 2001 Saturn SL1, a 2002 Ford Explorer and a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis, were purchased with false information, valued at $11720.00

3 Arrests:

Ricky Shannon Robinson Jr., age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property, Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:01 pm.

Joseph William Whatley, age 47 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Contempt of Court at 6:42 pm.

Scott William Curtis, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Violation at 9:42 pm.
