Theft of Property – Occurred at 32 Stewart Court Circle SE Apt 258, a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche was taken, valued at $15000.00
Damaged Property – Occurred at 1500 Godfrey Ave NE, an interior door was damaged, valued at $150.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2101 Briarwood Ave SW Apt 214, a tire on a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt was damaged, valued at $200.00

Jonathan Bradley McElroy, age 36 of Fyffe, was arrested for Theft of Property, Criminal Trespass, and Two Warrants for Criminal Trespass and Theft of Property at 10:38 am.
Chad Dewayne Roberts, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:28 pm.
Goran Ivancevic, age 58 of Allen, Texas, was arrested for DUI at 10:42 pm.

An accident occurred at 2609 Gault Ave N, Donnie Ray Sparks, age 56 of Fort Payne, driving a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, struck a 2011 Volvo CMT Tractor Trailer. Sparks was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Burglary – Occurred at 713 Forest Ave NW, a kitchen counter and table were damaged, valued at $260.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 2219 Gault Ave S, prescription medication were taken, valued at $3.00

A 15 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Juvenile Pick-Up Order at 1:23 pm.
Danny Lamar Wallace, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Resisting Arrest, Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 8:20 pm.
Gnilmarg H Jones, age 66 of Henagar, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 10:14 pm.

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Grand Ave SW, Oleta H Curl, age 93 of Fort Payne, driving a 1997 Toyota Avalon, struck Leeman Van Dunn, age 84 of Fort Payne, driving a 1997 Plymouth Voyager. Passenger Gertrude Gibson Dunn was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
