Tracy Dewayne McCord, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 12:57 pm.

Richard Wayne Ellis, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 12:57 pm.

Pamela Dianne Bates, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of any Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:41 pm.

Germichael Thompson, age 36 of Piedmont, was arrested for Open Container at 10:02 pm.

Daniel Domingo, age 20 of Russellville, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:12 pm.

James Carl Oliver, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:12 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, four hot food plats, pliers and flip flops were taken, valued at $44.00

Incidents:

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1510 Godfrey Ave NE, a Black and Decker Jig Saw, Palm Sander, Router and Router bits were taken, valued at $205.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two wallets and a pants were taken, valued at $32.00

3 Arrests:

Ruben Hidrogo Cruz, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 3:24 am.

A 16 year old juvenile female of Rainsville was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:51 pm.

James Preston Potter, age 53 Ooltewah, Tn. was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of any Substance at 8:23 pm.
