DeKalb County Drug Task Force Agents and Ft Payne Police Officers went to the Turtle Grill & Catering establishment located on North Gault Avenue to speak with the owner about the possibility that illegal drug activity had been occurring at the location.  Once inside the business they reportedly observed physical evidence of illegal drug activity, leading to the arrest of 31 year old Seth Tyler Sharp of Ft Payne on Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.

A search warrant was obtained and executed at the business, with the officers discovering a substantial amount of marijuana, cash and guns – all of which was confiscated.
