8 Arrests

James Cole Zuber, age 20 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for No Insurance at 4:53 am.

Mary Teresa Galloway, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 5:47 am.

Aliceson Jade Swearingen, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Judicial Court Services and Revocation of Suspended Sentence and a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 5:00 pm.

Tracy Ray Morrison, age 44 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 5:00 pm.

Debra Lynn Credille, age 38 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 87 Days at 5:00 pm.

Steven Caleb Colvard, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 83 Days at 5:45 pm.

Jerome Mendoza Techlowec, age 22 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 6:07 pm.

James Christopher Schrader, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 8:17 pm.

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

Pamela A Patterson Johnson, age 47 of Crossville, driving a 1992 Chevrolet Cavalier struck Jessica Rene DeBrito, age 31 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe.  Johnson was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2200 Terminal Drive NW, a metal door was damaged, valued at $200.00

Joshua Lee Davis, age 33 of Stevenson, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 12:18 pm.

Trisha Mary Henderson, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property at 3:25 pm.

Incidents

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave S, a windshield was damaged on a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe, valued at $200.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, Sony headphones were taken, valued at $19.88

Lisa Lynn Lanier, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:23 am.

David Quinelle King, age 43 of Sylvania, was arrested on Two Warrants for Driving while Revoked and Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 10:48 am.

Carla Rhiannon Pierce, age 24 of Sand Rock, was arrested for Theft of Property at 11:15 am.

Alex Eugene Goldthreate, age 45 of Collinsville, was arrested for DUI, Open Container and Two Warrants for Probation Violation and Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 11:36 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1116 Grand Ave NW, a Marina battery was taken, valued at $140.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two packs of fake nails and miscellaneous products were taken, valued at $82.73

Lost Property – Occurred at 1310 Forest Ave NW, a wallet and contents were taken, valued at $15.00

Kayla Marcel Linton, age 18 of Ider, was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:27 pm.

Kimberly Michelle McFall, age 19 of Ider, was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:27 pm.

Zachary Dale Culpepper, age 20 of Dutton, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 7:48 pm.
