Friday December 19th                                     

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Drive SW, $115.00 in currency was taken

2 Arrests

Shannon Lee Spears, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:24 am.

Andrew George Peek, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 11:26 am.

Incidents

4 Arrests

Brandon Lynn Mullinax, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude and a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 1:33 am.

Crystal Candy Burt, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:35 am.

Stephen Lee Walker, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:35 am.

Michael Daniel Staggs, age 36 of Hollywood, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 9:08 am.

Sunday December 21st 

Incidents

Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 300 Gault Ave N, a light and bumper were damaged on a 2010 Pontiac G6, valued at $1000.00

Demond Terez Bailey, age 32 of Lafayette, was arrested for DUI at 12:45 am.

John Henry Underwood, Jr., age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 2:45 am.

Anthony Lewis Gardner, age 22 of Birmingham, was arrested on a Warrant for Trafficking at 3:23 am.

Brandon Everett Phillips, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:26 pm.

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Burthill Drive, Lisa Linn Dawson, age 58 of Rainsville, driving a 2013 Chevrolet Cruz, struck Ezra Lee Summerford, age 80 of Dawson, driving a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass. Mr. Summerford was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
