David Wayne Elkins, age 43 of Atlanta, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 1:00 pm.
Kyla Brooke Silver, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Insurance Violation and No Tag at 4:58 pm.
Cody Dewayne Miller, age 23 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 5:46 pm.
Brandon Kelly Offutt, age 36 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Public Intoxication at 5:53 pm.
Juan Francisco Santiago, age 21 of Collinsville, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Pay Fines, Theft of Property and Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 5:53 pm.

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 6500 Gault Ave N, the driver side of a 2010 Toyota Camry was damaged, valued at $10,000.00

An accident with injury occurred at Gault Ave N and 65th Street N, Brittany Danielle Meadows, age 28 of Valley Head, driving a 2010 Toyota Camry was sideswiped. The other vehicle failed to stop and remain. Meadows was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 601 Greenhill Blvd NW Apt B203, a wallet was taken, valued at $20.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 5702 Greenhill Blvd NW, a purse was taken, valued at $150.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, items taken were two drip pans, newborn clothes, and a pair of Faded Glory pants, valued at $35.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1613 Airport Road W, taken were thirty wheels, a front end and fender off a 1954 Dodge pickup, ten sheets of metal, and assortment of scrap iron, valued at $3400.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 900 Forest Ave NW, a rear door on a 2009 Dodge Charger was damaged, valued at $250.00
