Mario Manuel Garcia-Martinez, age 27 of Valley Head, was arrested for Open Container at 3:43 am.
Carolyn Ann Boldware, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 1:10 pm.
1 Accident with 2 Fatalities
An accident occurred at North Pointe Apartment Drive, Stephen Kyle Traylor, age 20 of Section, and Kevin Alexander Flory, age 22 of Fort Payne, traveling in a 2006 Scion XB left the drive and over turned. Traylor was pronounced dead at the scene, and Flory died at Dekalb Regional Medical Center.
