Incidents

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 113 Greenhill Blvd NW, a back glass and rear hatch on a 2013 Honda CRV were damaged, valued at $600.00

 

5 Arrests

Amy Michelle Stiefel, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 8:54 am.

Roxanne Page Bain, age 26 of Valley Head, was arrested on Four Counts of Forgery at 10:00 am.

Ericia Elizabeth Frazier, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 12:52 pm.

Aliceson Jade Swearingen, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Appearing in Public under the Influence at 2:36 pm.

James Adam Wooten, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:32 pm.

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1201 Jordan Road SW, a rear bumper and rear fender on a 2008 Ford F350 were damaged, valued at $600.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 3503 Grand Ave SW, a metal 6 gallon fuel tank and a metal tube motor stabilizer were taken, valued at $150.00

Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 900 Cave Street SE, damage was done to cave walls, valued at $100.00

Jerome Lavance Farmer, age 31 of Sylvania, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:15 am.

Daniel Benjamin Heard, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 11:17 pm.

Gregory Allen Stokes, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 5:06 pm.

Sherry Joann Freeman, age 42 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 6:13 pm.

Tammy Faye Teague, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 7:28 pm.
