Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 1902 Watkins Ave NE, taken were 12” Punch P2 speakers, Hi Fonics 1200 watt amp, and two 6 x 9 Pioneer Speakers, valued at $700.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 112 Airport SW, a Dell laptop and computer bag were taken, valued at $1575.00

Billy Joe Lee, age 38 of Guntersville, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 5:20 am.

David Quinelle King, age 43 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 2:31 pm.

Travis Mark Dobbins, age 43 of Boaz, was arrested on a Warrant for Illegal Possession of Prescription Medications at 5:10 pm.

Michael Lewyne Hickman, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container, Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit, and Underage Consumption/ Possession of Alcohol at 10:19 pm.

Hayward Jess Barker, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container, DUI, Possession of Concealed Weapon without a Permit and Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol at 10:19 pm.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1307 Chitwood Ave SE, paint on a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado was damaged, valued at $100.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 305 Ruby Tuesday Lane SW, a Columbia jacket, driver’s license and flip open keys were taken, valued at $310.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a wallet with $78.00 in currency was taken

Jillian Diann Durham, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:15 am.

Grant Austin Underwood, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Speeding and Probation Violation at 10:53 am.
