Incidents

Duty upon Striking an Unoccupied Vehicle – Occurred at 1717 Gault Ave N, a door on a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado was damaged, valued at $100.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a folding knife and a pin adapter were taken, valued at $52.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 2904 Greenhill Blvd NW, a window was damaged, and a purse and contents were taken, valued at $410.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 107 23^rd Street SE Apt-2, taken were forty, 7” stainless steel bars, valued at $600.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 500 Grand Ave N, a milling machine boom was damaged, valued at $30000.00

Jessica Lynn Morgan, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:42 am.

Amanda Lacole Davis, age 28 of Ringgold, Ga., was arrested on Two Warrants for No Tag and Public Intoxication at 8:10 am.

Javier Garcia Gonzales, age 43 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Window Tint at 8:53 am.

Randy Maurice Rutledge, age 31 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 12:48 pm.

Tyler Scott Martin, age 19 of Sylvania, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:02 pm.

Mary Teresa Galloway, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 4:30 pm.

Nancy Jane Davis, age 51 of Rainsville, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 5:00 pm.

William Brian Roden, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 180 days at 5:02 pm.

Brandon Kelly Offutt, age 36 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 5:00 pm.

Thomas Michael Guest, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 10 Days at 5:05 pm.

Jason Andrew Kilpatrick, age 34 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 5:05 pm.

Possession of a Forged Instrument – Occurred at 1820 Glenn Blvd SW, a check for $1978.55 was written without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at 101 38^th Street SW, four shirts, two leggings, two silver necklaces, Polo boots and $30.00 in US currency was taken, valued at $485.00

Jamie Lynn McElyea, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of a Controlled Substance at 6:25 pm.

Alex Eugene Goldthreate, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Two Warrants for Insurance Violation and Driving while Suspended at 9:07 pm.

Thaddeus Nehemiah Stevenson, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:14 pm.

Incidents

Theft of Property/Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2630 Alabama Ave NW, a Craftsman ZTL 7000 was taken and 60’ of cable was damaged, valued at $3270.00

Theft of Property/Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1000 Greenhill Blvd NW, 4 Chevrolet chrome wheels and tires were taken and a chain and lock were damaged, valued at $2450.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 151 5^th Street NE, a toilet was damaged, valued at $150.00

Jason Gabriel Shavers, age 32 of Flat Rock, was arrested for Four Counts of Theft of Property and Two Counts of Criminal Mischief at 5:01 am.

James Daryll Lindsey, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Torture/Willful Abuse of Child and Domestic Violence at 9:03 am.

Crystal Mechelle Howard, age 31 of Grant, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 11:09 am.

Weston Lee Tidwell, age 29 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft, and Altering a Firearm at 11:13 am.

Austin Branyon Eberhart, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:18 pm.

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 403 13^th Street NW, charges of $97.00 were made without authorization

Calvin Labron Young, age 37 of Henagar, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 6:37 pm.

 

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at 38^th Street NE and Godfrey Ave NE, a 16 year old juvenile female driving a 2004 Ford Escape left the roadway and struck a telephone box. The victim was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
