Sandra Ann Williams, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 2:00 pm.
Andrew George Peek, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 90 Days at 5:30 pm.
Timothy Lee Todd, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 6:33 pm.
Natascha Lashea Rigstad, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 6:33 pm.

Howard and passenger Kathy Huff Thomason of Monticello was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
