Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2221 Gault Ave S, prescription medication was taken, valued at $20.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 607 Godfrey Ave NE, a window on a 2009 Jeep Patriot was damaged, valued at $200.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a wallet, sunglasses and a stylus were taken, valued at $27.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a BF Goodrich tire was damaged on a 2003 Jeep, valued at $300.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a taillight and paint were damaged on a 1997 Ford F150, valued at $500.00

2 Arrests

Roxann Page Bain, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Identity Theft and Fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit Card at 9:14 am.

A 17 year old juvenile male of Sand Rock was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:18 pm.

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at 606 Gault Ave NW, a pair of Pediped children’s shoes were taken, valued at $29.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a 32” Vizio TV, Wii fit plus and a RCA Blu-Ray entertainment center was taken, valued at $495.00

4 Arrests

Sidney A Malone Jr., age 66 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Possession of a Concealed Weapon without a Permit at 12:07 pm.

Kevin West, age 46 of Bradyville, Tn., was arrested for Public Intoxication and Open Container at 9:35 pm.

Dustin Ray Uesry, age 23 of Jacksonville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 9:20 pm.

Justin Michael Cody, age 29 of Hanceville, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 11:23 pm.

1 Accident with 2 Injuries

An accident with injuries occurred at 3^rd Street SE and Turner Ave SE, Terry S Sheridan, age 59 of Trafford, driving a 2003 Chevrolet Astro struck Carson Michael Walker, age 33 of Gaylesville, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. Passenger Veta Key Sheridan and Walker were transported to by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Dekalb Regional.
