Burglary – Occurred at 1201 Fruit Farm Road NE, a front door was damaged, valued at $700.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1907 Scenic Road E, a Yamaha Saxophone was taken, valued at $500.00

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 1300 Gault Ave N, a stop sign was damaged, valued at $100.00

Kevin Joe Fraley, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Reckless Endangerment at 11:40 pm.

William Shannon Crane, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Two Warrants for Probation Violation and Revocation of Suspended Sentence at 11:44 pm.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Drive SW, a curtain was damaged, valued at $100.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 4501 Gault Ave N, paint on both sides and a back hatch were damaged, valued at $5000.00

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a rear bumper on a 2008 Ford Taurus was damaged, valued at $100.00
