Theft of Property – Occurred at 1200 Burt Hill Drive SW, 500 feet of copper wire was taken, valued at $500.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 1401 Gault Ave N, a 1997 Chevrolet Silverado was taken, valued at $3500.00

Tammy Carol Law Gowens, age 52 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 8:20 am.
Clarence Ray Forester, age 60 Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 1:04 pm.
Jessica Aletha Lee Kuykendall, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 20 Days at 4:27 pm.

An accident occurred at 1st Street NW and Grand Ave NW, William Collier, age 73 of Rainsville, driving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, struck Nedia Frances Bozeman, age 61 of Cartersville, Ga, driving a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Bozeman was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Audie Joseph Murphy, age 25 of Leesburg, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:32 pm.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1700 Williams Ave NE, a Droid Razr Maxx with Otterbox was taken, valued at $580.00

A 15 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Harassment at 1:15 pm.

Rodney Wayne Harris, age 48 of Ider, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 9:10 pm.
