Incidents

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 112 Airport Road W, charges of $750.00 were made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at 509 Lincoln Ave NE, a 285/75R truck tire was taken, valued at $650.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2301 Gault Ave S Lot 5, a Mesh metal utility trailer was taken and assorted home furnishings were damaged, valued at $3201.00

Armando Gamez Gonzalez, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:44 am.

Kevin Alexander Flory, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Tobacco in City Jail at 6:08 pm.

Thomas Michael Guest, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Tobacco in City Jail at 6:08 pm.

Jeffery Steven Williams, age 36 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Tobacco in City Jail at 6:08 pm.

Marquell James Pendleton, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband at 6:08 pm.
