Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 2202 Glenn Blvd SW, a front door was damaged, valued at $200.00

Ashley Irena Goddard, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:42 am.
Santiago Bautista Hernandez, age 35 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:10 pm.
Gary Lionell Smith, age 39 of Gaylesville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 5:15 pm.
Jared Ewell Peace, age 34 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 10:22 pm.

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Grand Ave SW, Brenda Anne Rinehart, age 44 of Sylvania, driving a 1994 Toyota Camry, struck Linda Scott Chadwick, age 66 of Fort Payne driving a 2006 Nissan Murano. Chadwick was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2101 Briarwood Ave SW Apt 612, twelve towels, a pressure cooker, set of knives, two purses, and miscellaneous jewelry were taken, valued at $330.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 2004 Watkins, a 1998 Ford Taurus and a checkbook were taken, valued at $2520.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 3805 Grand Ave SW, 4 tires were damaged, valued at $80.00
