Stealing a medical bag from a fire rescue vehicle has reportedly resulted in a Gadsden man being taken to jail.
Police reports indicate that 30 year old John Wayne Fuller was witnessed taking the bag from the vehicle while it was in the 200 block of Waters Avenue during a medical call at the location.
The first medics left the scene before they realized that the bag was missing, however someone reported the theft shortly thereafter and police went to Fuller’s home where they found the bag in a washing machine – with several contents of the bag being found at the residence.
Fuller stands charged with Breaking & Entering of a Vehicle and Property Theft.
He is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center without bail.
